Do Blind People See Dreams?

Not to be funny or rude. But how can you dream if you have never seen?
Do blind people see dreams?

It's a valid question, and yes, I have read that blind people do experience "sight" and "visions" in dreams, but it's what they interpret as how things would look, if they have been blind since birth.
