do you leave the house or always stay in ?

hi all are you a person who doesnt like to leave your house, there is someone in my family who never goes out of the house and has other people to do her shopping for her and other things, i dont know why she doesnt leave the house as she wont tell anyone why and she has been like this for the last 15 years is there anyone out there with this kind of problem what could the reason be ?
