Im in a competition to create a unique chhese cake I narrowed it down to 2 recipes a irish cream cheesecake with a brownie crst or a baklava inspried cheesecake, which have puff pastry instread phyllo (I dont think that will hold up as a crust)and walnut/pisctacio nuts and honey on the top. What sound s better to you?

They both sound delicious. I love the idea of the irish cream one. However, I think the more unique of the two would be the baklava cheesecake. That sounds like a sure winner in my book.

I think the irish cream cheesecake with the brownie crust sounds better.
