what do u think intellectual property has its enough value

Intelleectual Property is one of the most costly property that one has inside.
But do u thik that each and every one knows about the same.I have seen lots of intellectual property wasted I mean they invent something new but they dont kno the value.So how must this knowledge be spread to all.
