Files/Folders accidently deleted recovery possible ? Mylotters help required.

Dear Mylotters,
Need your help, I have deleted a folder in my Desktop PC two days back accidently. I don't have a backup of it, it is very important file. (Excel Files )
How do I recover ? I heard deleted files can be recovered easily, I tried with Stellar tools but invain.
My system configurations in
P4 2.6 Ghz, 512 mb Ram, 80 Gb HDD
with Windows 2000 Professional.
Please help me to recover my files.

do your pc have a system recovery if so you can go back an restore your pc back to that date you lost the file.if not ck in your question an answer on your pc on how to recover deleted files

No, it is windows 2000 professional O/s it is not having any recovery features. Iam looking for any free file recovery tools on the web, if u could find one please let me know.

Have you emptied the recycle bin yet? It might still be in there. Sorry, thats the only thing I know. Good luck.

Yes, I deleted with Shift+delete options, it never goes to recycle bin.
