hardworker employees are always busy making sure that the company they work for is doing well and making money. this is agood trait that has moved up many employees in the corporate ladder. if you are this type of employee , i truly admire you, but you must not forget yourself and your family. you should realize that there will come a time when your employer will not need you anymore when you are old and weak and incapable because there are a lot of younger and more capable workers.you also cannot share everything that you have, especially if you have nothing much to share with somebody in the first place. if you are not financially fit you cannot help others in their material needs.

Even though I work very hard for my company and do a lot of work at the office, I do make sure I take my breaks when I feel that I need one. Most of the time I will take my breaks unless there is so much work that needs to be done by a certain date then I will skip my break or take it later. I always take my lunch breaks though since we do need to eat. Working too hard can lead to excessive stress which could lead to health problems.
