do diets really work?? or do u have to workout to lose weight?

i was on a low fat diet for about 2 weeks...but it doesnt seem to work...should i keep continuing or start working out?

I hope you don't mind my letting you know that in my particular case the only thing that worked for me was Overeaters Anonymous and if your interested, by googling the name you can most likely find a meeting wherever you are because it's so widespread it's nationally and internationally known. In the past I've lost 120 lbs. but I gained so much more in knowledge and friends. Good luck.

I think diet doesn't help really! I tried many times to do a diet and it never helped me to loose weight. Instead this summer I've done much physical exercise...and I've lost 4 KG! So try to move, start working and you will loose weight! I've lost that weight in one month! You must work hard!
