tell me your opinion about the most healthy habbit that i can use to take my everyday nicotine intake except smoking....am i a nicotine addict?maybe!!lol

I hate smoking this sucks . And who smokes this thing they put them selfs in the big bad thing . They can get dessiesis and die . And that is stupid .
