Can any one tell me why i am paid in this sight? and on what basis i am paid? plz give me full info on this.

Hmm. you get paid in e-gold or paypal and you can get your limit of how many chash you whant to be added to your account . Example when you have 10 $ you get that money and if you whant to have it very quick you need to add disscussions and other things likei mages .
