Has any one found any ways to easier homeschooling.

I homeschooled my son twice and I ended up stopping because with the other siblings seem to distract him. He also gained alot of weight he wasnt involved in alot of activities. I really do want to homeschool him because I think public schools push their views on people not being mindful of other peoples culture in religion. some people find it challenging and others have found a way to be really organized. Anyone out there that has this homeschooling thing down packed.
