You just have to have hard thouthg of stoping or buy things called nicorete . I done that and it is great .

no i do not smoke.smoking is harmful to your lungs and anybodies lungs that you smoke around.

well I cant quit smoking but you should try some hypnotize methods or something like this! At least it would make you some placebo feeling...LOL I'm pretty bad in english

I am in the exact same situation man...I don't know...I told her that I am doin my best and to have patience cuz these things take time...and I used 2 smoke almoast 2 packs a day so...u figure it out how easy it is...lol...but I wanna quit!!!
