can any one tell what is this tag when ever we start a discussion. does it effect our earnings. what is its importance?

fine tag is word or words which describes your discussion and link when the next user uses the same word as tag and the next user can see your discussion and he replies if he likes your discussion
and i think it helps u to add a little amount
