Kids Education Programmes

How to decide which programmes are good for growing toddlers. I would like to know how you decide which tv programs your kids needs to see what activities parents need to undertake so that the kids do not miss out on their developments

My kids are all 3 toddlers right now, my oldest just started pre school and the others are 1 and 2. I only let them watch educational tv and do counting with them and abc's. My 2 year old can count to ten !!!! I just try to incorperate all the learning I can in every activity
