How to loose weight?

I want to know how to loose weight. plz tell me

I lost some weight recently, and I am SO happy that I’m done! Still, it wasn’t too hard to do. I lost ten pounds in about a month (a little more, but only by a few days), and I’m super happy about it. I know the urge to loose it all at once is there, but it’s hard to do and you’re way more likely to quit. My suggestion is to just keep your goals conservative, and don’t quit when you weigh the same after a week of dieting. I mainly ate better. I exercised about three times during my entire diet, although I went ice skating quite a few times with my friends, but I didn’t really change my daily routine. I stopped eating white bread (although I don’t know if that had anything to do with it) and fried or sugary foods (swore off all desserts). It worked. Sweets are tasty, but there are plenty of healthy foods that I like, so I just stocked up on those (I ate a pineapple a day for about two weeks). It’s not hard to do, and once you finish (set parameters, like a month or 6 weeks), it’s amazing to see how much different you look! About a week before I finished, I noticed how my waist had thinned, and I was so happy that I just kept running my hands up and down it. It really is one of the best feelings in the world, you just need the strength to stick with it! Good luck to everybody who’s trying their best!
