My dog is missing what should i do?

yesterday i took my dog out and i had to return back as i have to attend a call at house. but when i cam back i did not find my dog what should i do?

take a picture and description to your local animal shelters, they will check the strays to see if they have your dog. Also, the should have a book of lost dogs. You should also want to post copies of it around your neighborhood.
