I obeserved with one of my colleque(chinesse guy) ,i am trying to explain him Process standard in Software Enginering , in few pts he did got it . I take help of other Colleque who knows Chineese to help to understand better .But that Guy came back to me and asked me to explain again and again ..unless he got the pt ..I really liked his Enthusiasim in learning things... Not only in this pt ...they try to learn things faster...
