what would you do if you don't get sleep?

i'll force myself to sleep.even then if its not working i'd switch on my computer and start browsing the internet.

When i don,t wanna sleep than i will watch movies or listen songs and use my computer

I was not sleeping much down to my asthama but now i am starting to sleep which is good if i cant sleep i browse the net or i listen to the tv or music until i can get to sleep.
