People in Vietnam and Hong Kong are among the
world's most likely to make new year resolutions,
According to a survey published on Saturday. Ninety per cent of Vietnamese people and 84 per cent of Hong Kongers make New-Year resolutions, far above the global average of 56 per cent, the study by market research firm AC Nielsen found. The high scores contrast with North America where 60 per cent make no resolutions and
