hey i am from india when i made free paypal account they asked me for credit card but i don't have any then bank account . but in the bank selection option only american bank.pls help me because i have no credit card, and also bank account in india not in u.s may i able to get something from mylot or not

I was checked it, If you just need to receive money you don't have to add your credit card or bank account into paypal, for withdrawing I think you must add resources or you can use that money from paypal to buy something on ebay. Paypal now accepted Debit card or ATM card with VISA/MASTERCARD LOGO on it. If you don't have credit card might that will help your problem. I'm not really sure because I'm never use paypal, wait for response from another people already using paypal.
