i think it is okay to leave your child to a nanny so long as the nanny can be really trusted and that the parents don't miss out with their duties as parents to their children. of course, when both parents are working, they are left with no choice but to hire someone who can take care of the children while their at work. this should be well but parents must not completely leave everything to the nanny to do. parents should still make it a point to spend as much quality time to their children.a nanny is just a nanny, the love and care they give is different from the love and care parents give.

well in my opinion i would never leave my child with a nanny since mother is mother and no one can take the place of mother in the life of the child, even though i wpork in future thentoo half the time i would be with my children so they dont feel that they are left alone

Obvivously the paretns did not do a good job of planning ahead when children are involve. I just hope they don't depend too heavily on the naany to take care of everything ( watch the movie "Babel").
