Old woman or young girl? - The picture will look different according to the way you look at it.
It is either a man blowing a musical instrument or the face of a young girl. I first saw the face of a young girl. It depends on how you look at it. There are plenty of picture like this. Here is one from me. This is also similar to the one you have posted.
