Plant-a-Card

I recently was messing around with making paper. One of the cards I made was plantable. You make your paper pulp and before spreading it onto a screen, add the seeds of your choice. I also added some dried flower petals to make it pretty. After the paper was made, I cut it into a greeting card and wrote my chosen sentiments, with instructions on how to "plant" the card. When the recipient is done, all they have to do is rip up the card, and plant the pieces. It really does work and is a great and creative way to make your greeting last.

Great idea! I'm going to try this and see if it will be useful in my card collections. Thank you.

Thanks, I would also like to add that if you make your pulp base by boiling old paper, the hot water will not hurt the seeds at all.
