First thing is dress code,so much openness in woman dress code.body parts which are to be covered are purposely kept open in the name of fashion, then what will happen? Second reason TV shows Third excess open culture due to westernisation.

it is also due to dress code also but there are several other conditions also, like the beauty, or roaming with more friends also cause, late night roamings

Wrong. its not due to dress code. to rape, starts in the mind of a person. for some its the way they try to send message to society that he can do anything and get away with it. blaming the dress is the easy way out. but that is not the main reason. it could be many. many rape victims are well dressed according to societal norms. then why did it happen? dont jump to conclusions.
