Try fat free pudding with a spoonful of fat free cool whip. Low fat granola bars. Piece of fruit. These are just a few that I have come across that help me when the urge strikes. I have also found that dehydrated fruit is the greatest. When fruit is dehydrated, the flavor and sweetness is intensified.

Fruit is good and fills you up more than fruit juice. Apples are particularly good as you have to chew a lot to swallow so it takes time to eat through it and then you feel full.
As suggested, low calorie jello (called jelly in Australia :) ) is also good. Low fat yoghurt or Fruche (like flavoured creme fraiche? not sure if it's available overseas?) is also good for you - and you need dairy foods.
