I think it is surely good to follow is yoga techqs
Because i have got success in tht as i have removed my eye glasses

Yoga is a good thing which he is teaching .. but I feel one should attend his yoga classes for proper learning . Watching merely on TV can lead to mistakes while doing the techniques. Also, the motivation will not remain for a very long time .
