what sre the signs that someone is cheating on you?

What are the signs? I have heard of cases where it has gone on for years! What should people be aware of to prevent being a victim of this?

Ummmm.. No affection or just not intimate or its a quick kiss and go to sleep, Staying away for hours, Getting defensive when you ask where they have been? Not eating or critisizing what you have done, cooked.. Wont talk.. thats just a few.. there may be more.

If more people know what the warning signs are maybe it will save people some long term grief. S o I want to get all the opinions on this that we can. Its an effort to help people be more aware of whats going on.
There has been so much of this and so much talk about cheating. How can people protect theirselves from a long term deception?
