MASS MULTIPLICATION MOTHER CULTURE PREPARATION Mother culture is prepared from effective strains were isolated from local environ or obtained from culture collection centers. Mother culture preparation is undertake in small amount in conical flaks (1 %) in sterile laminar flow chamber. Mother cultures were produced for inoculate in fermenters to mass multiplication of respective bio-inputs. The media composed of basic major groups of ingredients: nitrogen sources, a carbon source and salts. FERMENTOR MULTIPLICATION Mass multiplication is undertaken in 250 litre fermenters, which is filled with respective medium and completely sterilized with steam. After complete sterilization medium is cooled down to room temperature and mother culture is introduced aseptically. After four to five days after incubation cultures were released from the fermenter and send it to packing room. PACKING AND CARRIER MATERIAL Packing of the bio-inputs is very important, Packet should be non-toxic, and the mixing room should be air tight and clean. The carrier materials were differed among the bio-fertilizers. For better performance Lignite, Peat or Vermiculite were used for Nitrogen fixers and Phosphate solubilizers, Talc powder should be used for Bio-control, bio-larvides and Bio-pesticides. STORAGE AND USE Store bio-fertilizers, bio-control agents, bio-larvides and bio-pesticides in cool and dry places and use within expiry date of manufacturing.
