going into a business :single proprietor,partnership or company?

putting up a business which structure would you like to do:
1.single proprietor- where you are the only soley owns and operates the business.
2.partnership- there are two of you who owns the business and splits the share in two.
3.company- there 5 or more who shares the company equally.
