what are today's top users?

How does one become a "top user"...why does MY Lot declares some ppl top users? do they get some extra bonus money when they become the top users? i'd reall like to know this and will appreciate if someone ansers this question.

wht i presume is the user who have posted a lot with many photos and started also a lot discussions may be counted as top users .
there is another view also , the user who has logged in with mylot and stayed for a long duration . me too not clear
pls tell me also if u get a good correct answer
