Removal of WinPoEXv4.0 from my computer

I downloaded this WinPoEXv4.0 as required by Earthlink before i could download Earthlink Webmail into my system. Before the Webmail software was downloaded WinPoEXv4.0 was downloaded.after downloading my system recurrently failed. In order to revamp my system I tried sebveral times to remove the Software from my system through add/remove faclity in my computer but without success. I seek some goodself's help to get rid of this software so as to brng my system to work. Thanks

If it doesn't work, you can dowload a software removal tool. There are quite a few free shareware programs out there that are suppose to remove any software. You can also call Earthlink, they may have a quick fix for this.
