Certainly Mr Abdul Kalam's dream will come true if the economic growth of India goes on increasing as it is going currently.Also India is improving on its technology ground.Also India has skilled worke force and a good talent with it. Only if corruption is reduced to some extend then it will be easy to achieve the goal.
