Child who is HIV positive the do u will prefer 2 do help..?

Thease days many children r HIV positive in all over world.if u have able for help that children then plz come out of crowd and plz do help. i m a mylot user so i wanna say 2 all my lot user plz start ur first foot then u will go more long. i think south africa have most of child who r HIV positive so also who locate in s.africa region can more help.how many people like this type of help?

its nice to hear ppl like u do exist in rela world to spread awareness.i would be happy to help them but the country im in they deport any non-citizen out of da country and abt citizen dey keep it at low. its not told in public or revealed who is wot.unfortunately i cant help ny1 here..but u get goin!!
