Living in a diferrent country

i am living in croatia with my girl and i am from malaysia,its very hard to find a normal job in here as people here dont offer job to a foreigner like me.Even they do only if someone with a good qualification back ground. so now i and my girl having a hard time to find something for me,what can i do move to another country or??can someone help me,i have service line back ground i have work as a cook and floor supervisor and i dont have collage degree.
