I would like to learn this programming language so If anybody here already working in this language and willing to help so please tell me how to set up this language to start learning and coding. I would like to invite those persons also who already decided to learn RoR and they are just starting so let's have a group study and learn more. I am willing to learn it quickly and give more time and do alot of things in this language. your help is much appreciated.

I am also starting to learn RoR;)
I strongly advise you to read "Programming Ruby - The Pragmatics Programmers' Guide" from Dave Thomas (ISBN 0-9745140-5-5) to first learn Ruby programming language. Then I would jump to "Agile Web Development With Rails" also from Dave Thomas (ISBN 0-9776166-3-0) to get familiar with Rails framework:D
Both are excellent books to get familiar with RoR. After these there are some other books like "The Ruby Way" by Hal Fulton to get even more familiar with Ruby and also "Ruby for Rails" from David Black.
Both these last two books are available on Amazon, the others are available from pragmaticprogrammer.com ;)
