What freedom is?

I've been searching myLot for a few hours and i found a few discussions about freedom. I would like to know what's the meaning of freedom for you. Living in society means freedom or not? Or i am living free since my country is not dominated? ......???? I want to know if i'm a free person or not?

To me freedom means haing no inhibitions. Without inhibitions, there is no fear of reprocussions and with no fear comes the sense of being free. Hence, freedom is having no fear of reprocussions.
