At least one, I think. A woman needs at least a pair of earings, a bracelet, a necklace/pendant and a ring. If she has more than one, then it's better because she can change them whenever she likes. But if she doesnt, no prob! Cheers!

So she must have at least 4 that means 8 so she has something to change whenever she likes. Not bad, men should have no problems giving their sweethearts unless the ring is of a 24K diamond. LOL just kidding. Thanks for the response, very informative.
