Why do people drive crazy

I dont know what is wrong with people driving like mad men especially in neighborhoods dont they know it only take 1 time for a small child to dart out in front of the street and boy you would have ruined your life just because you wanted some type of adrenaline.

Bad driver always carry problems when they driving. They pretend to handle the situation like they handle the car.
