Do you like ancient languages?

Maybe it is cool to learn all of these ancient and almost extinct language but there is one problem regarding to this. You will find that no other persons speak that language and to practice is difficult.Materials are limited.you cant just practicing by reading all the manuscripts or ancient text. I learn language to communicate with others and to understand what they say. Therefore my social network will broadened and I will find myself easy to adapt in the situation or the best thing is you can apply to be a permanent resident in a country (Every countries need their would-become permenent resident to be fluent in their language i guess)and find suitable job in foreign company. Thats why i love to learn modern language but not ancient language. Italian,spanish,japanese are cool but i better stick to german till i become fluent.

ancient egyptian is a very interesting laguage, not that i know how to read it, my sister takes part in studying this language. but i have neva looked into it that much, iam one of them people some would call dumb lol ..:]
