How many of you are addicted to Vicodin? If so what do you take it for, where do you get it? And how long have you taken it?

Vicodin is very addictive. I take it for a bad back. The doctor prescibed it and increased it more and more. I ended up abusing it and I need to detox but have not found facility that will take me yet.

I wish you the best of luck, because i went through it, and let me tell you, it wasn't easy. So i would try to decline your intake on it slowly and take it one step at a time, let me know how things go.

Thank you for the encourgement. I am so afraid because,each time I have tried to stop cold turkey my chest feels like it is going to cave in and I am going to die.

yea that part and then you become were your going to feel no energy, and then you will get emotional, it was pretty crazy, but just take it one step at a time, and you will be thankful when its over. I will keep you in my prayers. Detox says that Vicodin is like taking herion. And let me tell you i will never take Vicodin, because its to easy to become addictive to. Good luck :)

I'm not addicted to it but I've taken it a few times. I took it for pain, yeah that's it. JK. Seriously though it really gives you really bad dhiarrea which, is sort of good because it helps you keep from being bloated.

I have taken it a few items and have never been addicted to it. I didn't think Vicodin was that easy to get addicted to. I thought percocet had a higher addiction rate.

no i dont know anyone that is addicted to it but i have taken it for pain after surgery before for about 2 weeks

I also don't know anyone who is addicted to it...But yes I have taken it too, I have taken it many times, and it seems to no longer work...So now when I get a script for it I have to tell them to make it Extra Strength....Cause 1 E.S will work just fine for me...I have taken it for Tooth issues, surgery, migraines,
