A live & brain storming discussion is needed on the issue ,that whether sterlisation of astry dogs should be
stopped or incouraged ?why it should be stopped or why on the other hand it should be incouraged ?Please Comment....

Ten days ago at Bangalore the 9 year old girl was eaten up by 20-22 hungry Dogs - Such incidents will defenetly support the strilisation of Mongrels. They litter 10-12 puppies at a time. If,not controlled they will be menace to the society.
On so many occassions, the stray dogs have assisted men to catch thieves, and they are very loyal to the residents, in the night as they are alert and bark and alert men of robbery. How population is controlled, same way even the dogs should be controlled.

I think it is important that the pet population is prevented from spraling out of control. I think it is better to prevent births rather than killing those animals already born. If the dog seems to have an owner, find the owner before taking action, but if not, humane societs etc. in chrage of strays should have them fixed.
