how to add photos when u start a discussion

they said u can add a little earnings when u add a photo to the discussion, can anyone help me out with this? i am still new.Can I add photos from my collections?

Ya u will enjoy to add the photos beside ur topics but u must wait for the time till ur postings will reach upto 500.After crossing the target this option will automatically open in ur message bon. I am also waiting for this opportunity. Keep ur participation and enjoy this community.
