Mylot Layout

I'm not liking the newer mylot layout. I like being able to see my refs on the same page as my earnings. I liked being able to click on this big button that said start discussion instead of having to look around for this tiny link.. yes there are some neat changes like 'see my unresolved discussions' and such but why did the little link go away? :D
