Does your friend just want to be fatter or just put on more weight? Or both? I'd say just eat more of the foods he loves. You know they say it's not healthy to be fat. I know because they keep telling me that...lol..So if he wants to both put on weight and be fatter then I would suggest he go to a gym. Because there are exercises to put on body bulk as well as to lose weight.

I'll tell you my own experience.I was a very thin girl.But then un-intentionally i started eating a lot of butter daily.Regular consumption of coke made my body look fat though not healthy.But butter and cheese I can say is the best way to become fat and still healthy. You need a good sleep of atleast 8 hours in the night and during day time 3 hours if possible. This was my schedule when I grew fat though I've reduced a lot now and have gained a perfect body :)
