I think you should have seen that it is updated () ours/minutes/seconds ago written in black letters below your userID. Also if your credit is same as it was yesterday then you have not posted anything or not good quality to be credited for that.There is day by day credit log in the option "Earning" at the top. As you are an Indian so I am telling you that open your account around 8.00 PM(Indian Standard time) - 8.30 PM(IST) to have the updation of your credit.

They update regularly once in 24 hours.
