TTC... need help! / myLot

Haven't had my ovulation! What med's over the counter do you recommend? I'm taking womens once a day! Is that good enough? or do i need to take magnisieum or folic acid? What else would help! PLEASE HELP!

Have you seen a doctor? Only an ob-gyne can prescribe a medicine that can help you conceive if your ovulation is not regular. As for the folic acid, you need to drink this if you're TTC because it's good for your body and for your future unborn child. Good luck!
