Can't tell where but can tell you what not to invest in. stay away from HYIP's for sure. The average person is sure to lose. Seems only one's making real money from are lucky ones or folks that start them. So many are pure scam operations its hard to even find a real one that pays anything.

umh... I invest same ammount at surf program that my sister follow (Shireishou). We have simple rules. Put money in different surf program. If one scam U, at least U don;t lost U entire money. But till now we never got scamed. ^^ just surf for 2 month after that try to fiind another save place ^^

I think you should put into some kind of savings. Ing Direct is good, I think they have one of the highest interest rate now. The last time I check they were paying I think 4 plus percent.
