I love carrots, I heard that they are good for your eyes or something like that, anyway I know it is good for your health.

You had me wondering there also, I couldn't tell from the basket as it looked more like a harvest festival basket! I love carrots when they're not cooked, I don't like many cooked vegetables.

i like them, but only raw with vegetable dip. It's better for you anyways as the vitamins are not cooked out

I love carrots. In fact I like any root vegetable. They are lovely and tasty. One should know how to cook varieties of side dishes out of these vegetables. You can eat carrot raw. You can make carrot juice. One can make a sweet dish called CARROT HALWA. It is quite famous in India. Above all, it is a vegetable which has health points.
