i have cancer and my girl friend left me what can i do?

I think you are being unfair to her. If she does not want to live in the uncertainity you live in and is afraid of walking beside you just let her go. you dont need those people in your life that can not be around when going gets tough.

If I was in your shoe I would have let the girl go voluntarily and live happily with someone else. Let the sufferings be with me. I will not make others to suffer.
