How to propose my friend that i love her??

I am 19 year guy. i am studying in a college.On the very first day i meet a gal in my class who is very sweet & beautiful.We become good friends.But now i want more with her.I want o live with her.please tell me how i say i love you to her?

Well have courage .If U know that she too is interested then there is no probs I guess ,But even if u dont know then just take her to a date say 4 a dinner in a plush restaurant and while proposing a toast pop the question. I think she'll be swooned.AMEN.God Bless
