Energy is the force which controls the universe.Ancient India developed a series of exercises to control the energy. This is a part of Yoga called Pranayama. Ancient Indian seers measured the man's life by the number of breaths,not years.The essence of Pranayama is to lengthen the process of breathing ie the duration of inhaling and exhaling is slowed down without causing inconvenience to yourself. if it is practiced,though not regularly but at least thrice a week,you are assured of a long life with serenity and tranquility and a hassle free life. Is it not enough to lead a happy life?
